Your safety is our number one priority!

In the wake of COVID-19 concerns, we will encourage policies as recommended by CDC, which may include mandatory mask wearing onsite, no-touch practices, and social distancing.

Health and Safety:
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is a highly contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and attendees with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By attending the SB3C 2022 Annual Meeting, you voluntarily assume all risks related to COVID-19 exposure. While we cannot require that attendees be vaccinated, we highly encourage those who attend SB3C2022 to get vaccinated, not only for your safety but also for those around them.

By attending the SB3C Annual Meeting, you are confirming that you are not experiencing any of the following COVID-19 symptoms, as identified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention at CDC.gov:

    • Fever or chills
    • Cough
    • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
    • Fatigue
    • Muscle or body aches
    • Headache
    • New loss of taste or smell
    • Sore throat
    • Congestion or runny nose
    • Nausea or vomiting
    • Diarrhea

Additionally, you are confirming that you have not been in contact with someone who has confirmed or suspected COVID-19 symptoms without completing a 14-day quarantine and are not under any self-quarantine orders.
